08 - 1.76 oz (50 g) dark chocolate (70%), for shavings
09 - 2 tbsp granulated sugar
10 - 1 tbsp edible gold or silver glitter (optional)
11 - 8–10 cocktail picks or skewers

# Directions:

01 - Slice the orange and lemon thinly into rounds or half-moons. Remove pomegranate seeds and set aside.
02 - Thread a raspberry, a pomegranate seed, and a mint leaf onto each cocktail pick for a vibrant skewer. Dip each glass rim in water or citrus juice, then coat with granulated sugar for a sparkling effect. Place an edible rose petal or a few red currants on each skewer or directly on the drink surface.
03 - Shave dark chocolate using a microplane or vegetable peeler and sprinkle lightly over the drinks. Dust with edible glitter to enhance visual appeal.
04 - Present immediately alongside your preferred cocktails.
