# Directions:
01 - Combine beetroot, frozen berries, banana, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup (if using) in a high-speed blender. Process until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down sides as necessary. Add additional milk by tablespoon if thinner consistency is preferred.
02 - Pour the blended smoothie base evenly between two serving bowls, using a spatula to transfer all contents.
03 - Arrange granola, fresh berries, kiwi slices, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, and mint leaves attractively on top of the smoothie base in each bowl.
