Cherry-Glazed Ham Cheese Roll-Ups (Print View)

Puff pastry wraps ham and cheese, topped with tangy-sweet cherry glaze for a crowd-pleasing snack.

# Components:

→ For the Roll-Ups

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
02 - 8 slices deli ham
03 - 8 slices Swiss cheese
04 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

→ For the Cherry Glaze

05 - 1/2 cup cherry preserves
06 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
07 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
08 - 1 teaspoon honey
09 - Pinch of salt

# Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth any seams. Cut the sheet into 8 equal rectangles.
03 - Place one slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese onto each pastry rectangle. Roll up tightly, starting from the short end, to enclose the filling.
04 - Arrange the assembled roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops evenly with the beaten egg wash.
05 - Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
06 - While the roll-ups bake, combine the cherry preserves, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened, approximately 3–4 minutes.
07 - Remove the baked roll-ups from the oven. Immediately brush the warm cherry glaze over their tops.
08 - Serve the roll-ups warm. Offer additional glaze on the side for dipping, if desired.
