11 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
12 - 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves

# Directions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

08 - Garnish with fresh basil. Slice and serve warm.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • This pizza secretly packs a protein punch without sacrificing the gooey, cheesy goodness.
  • It's adaptable for whatever toppings you fancy, so you never get bored with pizza night.
02 -
  • If you rush spreading the batter, it can bake unevenly and stick — take your time for best shape.
  • Using parchment instead of greased foil prevents the crust from tearing; it was a game-changer for me.
03 -
  • Let the bases cool for a minute before dressing — this keeps the crust crisp and prevents sogginess.
  • Add toppings just before the final bake for perfectly melted cheese and vibrant veggies.
