# Components:
→ Greens
01 - 8 large fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried
→ Filling
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
04 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
→ Vegetables
07 - 1 small carrot, julienned
08 - ½ small red bell pepper, julienned
09 - 8 small cherry tomatoes, for garnish
# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, chives, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix until smooth.
02 - Lay each spinach leaf flat on a clean surface.
03 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the herbed cheese mixture at the center of each spinach leaf.
04 - Place a few julienned carrot and bell pepper strips on top of the cheese spread.
05 - Gently roll each spinach leaf, folding in the sides to enclose the filling securely.
06 - Use a toothpick to secure each wrap and top with a cherry tomato for a festive appearance.
07 - Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
