01 - 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
02 - 240 milliliters pickle juice (from dill pickles)
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 0.5 teaspoon salt (optional, taste first as pickle juice is salty)

08 - 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
09 - 240 milliliters shredded lettuce
10 - 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
11 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
12 - 120 milliliters shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
13 - 120 milliliters sliced dill pickles

→ Sauce

14 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
15 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
16 - 1 teaspoon honey
17 - 1 tablespoon pickle juice

# Directions:

01 - Combine chicken slices and pickle juice in a bowl or resealable bag. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for enhanced flavor.
02 - Remove chicken from marinade, pat dry thoroughly, and discard the marinade.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt if desired.
04 - Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and allow to rest briefly.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, honey, and 1 tablespoon of pickle juice until well combined.
06 - Briefly warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
07 - Spread a spoonful of sauce onto each warmed tortilla. Layer with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, dill pickles, and optional cheddar cheese. Top with the warm sliced chicken.
