05 - Fold in grated carrot, chopped nuts, and raisins if using, ensuring even distribution.
06 - Spread batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until the top turns golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
07 - Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into 12 even bars.
