# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix mini pretzels and mixed nuts thoroughly.
03 - Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and stir continuously until it dissolves and turns a golden amber color, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
04 - Carefully whisk in heavy cream, allowing the mixture to bubble. Stir in sea salt and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.
05 - Pour the hot caramel immediately over the pretzel and nut mixture. Gently toss with a spatula to ensure even coating.
06 - Spread the coated mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle an extra pinch of sea salt on top.
07 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until caramel is set and slightly darkened.
08 - Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into clusters for serving.
