# Directions:

04 - Stir in heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer.
05 - Reduce heat to low. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
