# Directions:
01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
02 - Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until onion becomes translucent, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
03 - Pour in enchilada sauce, stir thoroughly, and allow to simmer for 5 minutes to develop flavor.
04 - Prepare pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
05 - Add cooked pasta to the skillet with beef and sauce, combining thoroughly and heating for 1 to 2 minutes.
