# Directions:
01 - In a blender, add almond milk, eggnog, matcha powder, collagen peptides, frozen banana, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup or honey.
02 - Incorporate ice cubes into the blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
04 - Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or spices to preference.
05 - Pour into two glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a light sprinkle of nutmeg if desired.
