Instructions

Preheat & Prepare Pan:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard 9x5-inch (23x13 cm) loaf pan and line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, buttermilk, and egg until combined.
Combine Wet & Dry:
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (do not overmix).
Add Cheese & Cheetos:
Fold in the shredded cheddar and crushed Flamin Hot Cheetos until evenly distributed.
Prepare Topping:
In a small bowl, mix the topping sugar and cinnamon.
Layer Batter:
Scoop large spoonfuls of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, layering with half the cinnamon sugar topping in the middle, then finish with the remaining batter.
Add Final Topping:
Drizzle the top with melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake:
